Calgary demolition and abatement since 2021
We strip out and demolish commercial and industrial interiors, and we remove the asbestos, vermiculite and other hazardous materials that come with them.
Aztec has 20–50 field staff and has completed hundreds of demolition and abatement projects in Calgary. Most of our work comes from general contractors, property managers and the City of Calgary. If you’ve got a building that needs something taken out of it, call us.
How we work
Do the work properly, leave the site clean, don’t hold up anyone else’s schedule.
That’s most of it. We plan the scope before the crew shows up, we follow Alberta OHS and Alberta Environment requirements on hazardous material, and we haul out what we said we’d haul out. Aztec is COR-certified.
What you can check
Waste and recycling
Hand demolition means more material comes out intact. Metal, wood and concrete get separated on site and diverted where there’s a market for it. Hazardous waste goes to an approved Alberta facility with the paperwork to match.
